The past experience and successful performance of American Building Service, Inc., (ABS) in providing daily custodial, grounds maintenance, engineering and maintenance services for more than 11 million square feet per day in California, North Carolina and Georgia is a clear demonstration of our firm’s qualifications. ABS has vast experience in cleaning all types of facilities for the federal government and commercial sector, including between 100 and 140 buildings at two active Air Force Bases in two different states at the same time (i.e., North Carolina and Georgia).  These buildings include multiple classrooms, child development centers, medical facilities and fitness centers.

 ABS has also provided custodial services for over 200 buildings at a Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Georgia, 110 buildings for AT&T throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, all Northern California facilities for Broadcom Corporation and a large federal courthouse, immigration and customs facility in San Francisco. Most of those contract sites involved cleaning buildings that are spread out over several miles and with high security requirements.
